Refund Policy

Our main aim is make our customers satisfied through Norton Technical Support Services Ireland. But if you feel unsatisfied regarding any services, then you may opt out from any service which you want to. Cancelling the subscription of any service is very easy as you only need to contact us. We will make sure that you will be refunded with fair amount of money. We will also send confirmation email to let you inform that the process is done. The customers can ask for refund if the following points matched:

  • If the users get an unsatisfied services or the issue is not resolve yet, then you can ask for refund.
  • The refunded amount will be given within the 15 days from the date the user has asked for refund process.
  • If our team has resolve the partial issue but the complete issue is not resolved then you can file for refund but it should be noted that in such cases only partial amount will be refunded.
  • The customer can contact us in order to get refund. We will begin the refund process as soon as we get the request.
